Beta Terms of Service
Clear terms for creating and sharing visuals.

These Terms of Service govern your use of VisualReady and the ABA Visual Builder. By creating an account or using an account-only feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use VisualReady
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. VisualReady is designed for clinicians, educators, caregivers, and other adults who prepare teaching materials. It is not intended to be operated directly by children.
2. Educational tool—not clinical or medical advice
VisualReady helps users create teaching visuals. It does not diagnose, assess, prescribe treatment, replace professional judgment, or guarantee a learning or clinical outcome. You are responsible for reviewing every visual for accuracy, developmental appropriateness, safety, cultural fit, and suitability for the learner before use.
3. Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
4. Visual Credits and Beta plans
Free accounts receive 5 one-time Visual Credits. VisualReady Beta includes 100 subscription Visual Credits per billing cycle for $9.99 per month. Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over. Current pricing and the applicable credit cost are shown before purchase or generation.
The number of Visual Credits required for a generation may vary depending on the generation type, quality, size, or feature. The applicable credit cost will be displayed before the generation is confirmed.
During the current Beta, Standard Visual Generation costs 1 Visual Credit. Creating four distinct visuals therefore costs 4 Visual Credits. Failed generations that the system can identify are intended to be refunded automatically, but you should email getvisualready@gmail.com if a credit appears incorrect.
5. Subscriptions, cancellation, and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. You may manage or cancel an active plan through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Except where required by law, charges already paid are non-refundable.
6. AI-generated content
Generated visuals may contain errors, unwanted details, bias, or inconsistent representations. Similar outputs may be generated for other users, and a generated output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. VisualReady does not promise that any output is accurate, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. Review each output before using, printing, presenting, or sharing it.
7. Reference photos, prompts, and learner privacy
You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and authorizations needed for anything you upload or enter. Do not submit learner names, medical records, protected health information, confidential records, or any image you are not authorized to use. VisualReady is not represented as a HIPAA-compliant service and should not be used to create or store protected health information.
Reference photos are processed only to fulfill the requested generation and are not included in saved visual metadata. They may still be processed temporarily by the image-generation provider as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Saved visuals and Cloud Library
Free-account visuals are stored locally in the current browser and device. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove them, so important visuals should be downloaded.
Cloud Library is a paid VisualReady Beta feature. Cloud visuals are associated with the authenticated account and can be viewed, downloaded, and deleted after signing in on another device. You are responsible for deleting visuals you no longer want stored.
9. Founding Members, invitations, and rewards
Eligible invitation codes may provide a stated number of one-time Visual Credits and Founding Member access during the VisualReady Beta. Each verified email may redeem one invitation, and invitation limits or expiration dates may apply.
Some research surveys or approved resource contributions may qualify for additional Credits. The applicable reward is shown before submission. Rewards are subject to review, limited to one reward per eligible activity, and may be declined for duplicate, incomplete, misleading, infringing, private, or unsafe submissions.
10. Resource Library and community submissions
Visitors and Free users may access selected starter materials. Founding Members and active VisualReady Beta subscribers may access the full Resource Library during the Beta and may submit original resources for review.
Submitted resources are not published automatically. You must own or have permission to share submitted content, and submissions must not contain learner names, identifiable client photos, protected health information, or other private information. You keep ownership of your original submission and give VisualReady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, reproduce, format, display, and distribute an approved resource through the Resource Library until you request removal.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use VisualReady to violate law or another person’s rights; create exploitative, sexual, violent, deceptive, discriminatory, or dangerous material; identify or profile a learner; circumvent credit or access controls; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected service components; or upload malware or unauthorized personal information.
Use original characters and general interests. Named entertainment characters are not supported in this Beta. Do not bypass content restrictions or request replicas of protected characters or brand logos. You must have the rights needed for AI processing and adaptation of uploaded references. AI generation and educational use do not themselves grant third-party rights.
Report suspected infringement through our copyright reporting channel. We may restrict reported material while reviewing it and may restrict or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement in appropriate circumstances. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
12. VisualReady materials
VisualReady, its interface, branding, curated starter packs, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service and downloaded materials for lawful personal, educational, or professional practice; they do not transfer ownership of the VisualReady service or brand.
13. Beta availability and changes
The Beta may change, pause, or end. Features, models, credit costs, storage limits, eligibility, and pricing may be updated as the product develops. If a material policy update requires renewed consent, VisualReady will ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
14. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisualReady is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisualReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
